Staging not just the Interior--the Exterior is just as important for a complete look--curb appeal, color recommendations, yard grooming, placement of furnishings, editing/removal or excess items.
Staged To Sell--
Occupied Property: Consultation & Walk Thru--This is an excellent option for the hands-on Client who prefers to do everything themselves but just needs direction. We will go room by room with you to provide specific details of how to enhance the appearance. This process usually takes 2-4 hours depending on the size of the home. After the Client completes the "Plan of Action" it is not unusal to call us back to "Fine Tune" the look.
Consultaion & Stage--The most popular approach-- The Client and we get to work Staging the house--rearranging, de-personalizing, neutralizing, removing excess items. It is amazing what you can accomplish working together. This approach of working side by side with the Professional Stager seems to defuse the feeling of an overwhelming task. When we leave the house is Staged or at least the majority of work is accomplished with possibly a few things the Client must do another day. Example, paint, purchase items they may want to keep. Another option--our Client may prefer to rent some SHS inventory to complete the look to use temporarily rather than purchase . We will return and install those items.
Vacant Property: Consultation & Proposal--This usually takes about one hour to discuss what the Client has in mind and what we would propose. The Consultation fee is $75 per hour--this time will be credited back to the Staging job when we go forward.

It is so important to provide visual enhancements of a homes features so the Buyer can imagine living there. Vacant home Staging prices will vary based on the Client's needs. We can Stage the entire house or focus on key rooms that are most important.
Inventory Rental: SHS has an extensive warehouse of inventory, including furnishings, decorative accessories, silk trees & plants to enhance the homes potential and access to much more. After the first month on rent, SHS inventory can be pro-rated weekly.
Remote On-Line Staging: Perhaps you live in another State or quite a distance away. By incorporating the Internet, email, and telephone we can remotely work together to get your house Staged. This approach has previously worked very successfully for the DIY person who does well following my direction using the tools I mentioned. This method is a flat rate of $100.
Stage To Live:
Redesign--Not Moving But Want to Create a New Look: Tired of the current look and feel of your home? We will come to your home and together develop a "Plan of Action" to accomplish the look you desire. Important things to consider would be--what currently works for you and what does not--then go from there. It might be paint color, decorative items, pictures, plants, furniture placement. Your entire home is a store to go shopping in. You may already have items in other rooms that would work with your new desired look.
New Home Move-In: Just moved in, a little overwhelmed, not sure where to put everything! Let us help you get settled in your new home. We will work with you to develop a "plan of action" that works for you and your family. What worked in your previous house may be totally different in the new one.
Shopping/Buying Services: No time to shop for needed items &/or need assistance while shopping for new decorative items? We can shop for you or accompany you--on hourly basis.
