I love my job!
Some people are artists and can paint beautiful pictures, I am not blessed with that ability. However, putting a room together and re-organizing for a pleasing look and "Visual Harmony" comes to me easily. For as long as I can remember family and friends have asked me over to help them "fix their house up" for a party, or company, or just help them with a "new look" in their house.
It is something I am absolutely passionate about. After 30 plus years working in the Corporate world in Customer Service and working for about 3 years as Assistant to a Realtor (a good friend) and Staging her Listings. I decided it was time to professionally do what I loved--Stage Homes. To share my abilty and help people prepare their homes for the sale process or just help them give their home a new look. "Stage To Sell" or "Stage To Live" So I enrolled and completed some Staging Courses to hone my skills and established my business "Staged Homes Sell". Earning my designation of ASP (Accredited Staging Professional). Continually experiencing ongoing training to keep those skills sharpened and updated.
I have Staged many many homes with satisfied Clients who have experienced great results--let me assist you also.
Statistics show that in most Markets, Staged homes will sell in less time and for more money.

Home & Garden Television aired a Special Presentation Spring 2008-- "25 Biggest Real Estate Mistakes"
HGTV brought together some of the Top Real Estate Experts to compile the definitive list of the Biggest Mistakes we all make when Buying and Selling our homes.
The #1 Biggest Mistake was--"Failing to Showcase Your Home and Make Small Cosmetic Changes" The article states--"When you are selling your house, you have to really look at it objectively and think about it from the viewpoint of the house hunter. Make minor enhancements to the house and maybe hire a professional Staged to come and arrange your furniture. Staging is about decorating your house for the buyers' taste, not yours. A great place to start is with the front of the home and the main entryway. Home Staging is designed to increase the potential selling price and reduce the amount of time the house stays on the market. "
