Below is a sampling of photos "Before Staging" and "After Staging" to preview. Staging makes a room "Pop"--highlighting sometimes hidden features the room possesses. When appropriate and my Client agrees SHS Inventory can be installed to complete the look. However, most often my Clients have more than enough items to work with already.
"You can't sell/buy what you cannot see"--As you view the photos you will notice that by editing/removing excess items we are creating a cleaner, less busy to the eye look. Also allowing you more freedom to move around and "feel the space". Sometimes there are so many possessions/distractions that it is hard to focus on the house and wonderful features it offers.
Per statistics, only 10% of people viewing a "vacant" property can imagine what it could look like when furnished. That leaves the vast majority-- 90% --of people that actually need help to visualize its' potential.
